Under the auspices and presence of His Excellency Sultan Bin Nasser Al Suwaidi, Governor of the central Bank of the UAE, the Union of Arab Banks and World Union of Arab Bankers organized the Arab Banking Conference 2012: “Challenges of the Arab Economic Security”, in Abu Dhabi, UAE
The conference shed light on the regional and international challenges affecting the security, safety and economies of the Arab world.
In his Keynote speech, Dr. Joseph Torbey called for more integration among Arab economies to take full advantage of the various resources across the region.
