The Union of Arab Banks is organizing on the 19th and 20th of September 2016, the 2nd edition of the EU-MENA PSD conference in Paris/France. Keynote speakers at the opening session include Lebanon's Central Bank Governor HE. Mr. Riad Salameh, Chairman of the Association of Banks in Lebanon Dr. Joseph Torbey, and FATF Executive Secretary Mr. David Lewis. The conference is held in cooperation with the European Central Bank (ECB), European Banking Federation (EBF), French Banking Federation (FBF), the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the Chamber of Commerce Franco Arab, and with the participation of US Department of the Treasury.
