President of the Association of Banks in Lebanon, Dr. Joseph Torbey signed with the Minister of the Displaced Akram Shuhayeb, the “Loan of the Displaced” protocol, to grant those displaced by the Civil War a loan for a 25-year period, at reduced interest rate, not exceeding 1.62 percent.
