Dr. Joseph Torbey, President of the Association of Banks in Lebanon signs a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Agriculture represented by Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Hussein Hajj Hassan to provide investors in the agriculture sector with soft loans to finance small and medium enterprises for a four-year period at low interest rates.
