Under the auspices of the President of French Republic Mr. Nicolas Sarkozy, the Union of Arab Banks held in collaboration with the International Francophone Organization, the French Banking Federation and the World Union of Arab Bankers the “Francophone Banking Summit 2011” in Paris on March 4th, 2011.
