On Wednesday February 23, 2011 Dr. Joseph Torbey took part in a Vatican ceremony to unveil a statue of Saint Maron, at the Vatican Saint Peter’s basilica during an event headed by Pope Benedict XVI. A large number of Lebanese MPs and officials as well as a huge crowd of Lebanese people attended the event.
