Hariri invited to the UAB conference

NNA - Prime Minister Saad Hariri received this afternoon at the "Center House" the president of the Association of Banks in Lebanon (ABL), Dr. Joseph Torbey, and the Secretary General of the Union of Arab Banks (UAB) Wissam Fattouh.

After the meeting, Torbey said: We visited Prime Minister Saad Hariri and invited him to attend the conference organized by the Union of Arab Banks on the 24th of this month in Beirut, which gathers all Arab banks.

His Excellency welcomed this invitation, and his presence would add to the value of the conference and help attract senior bankers. It will be a platform to reunite the Lebanese with the Arabs, particularly through the Arab banks that are the link between the Arab wealth and the political economic decision-makers. We are pleased that he accepted to participate and we hope that the government would have been formed by then so that the first speech of Prime Minister Hariri after the formation of the government would be on this conference.
